Coach Jefferey

As a U-13/15 Coach, I focus on developing player skills, tactical awareness, and fostering a positive team environment. This includes designing and implementing training plans, teaching proper techniques, and promoting sportsmanship. I am a good communicator, listener, and motivator to guide players and encourage their development both on and off the field.
